Aboutthe Role

Leam Consulting is seeking a customer-focused, polite, and professional Receptionist on behalf of a premier hotel client in Ibadan, Oyo State. In this role, you will be the primary face of the hotel—welcoming guests, assisting with room bookings and reservations, processing card payments, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly receive and welcome guests, visitors, and clients upon arrival at the front desk.
• Assist guests with booking reservations and process credit card transactions for lodging, room service, and additional amenities.
• Promptly address guest requests, inquiries, and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain neat and accurate ledger records of guest charges, receipts, and daily shift logs.

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
• Prior experience in front desk operations, customer service, or hospitality is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and basic numerical capabilities.
• Professional appearance, welcoming demeanor, and ability to handle guest concerns with tact.
