The working pattern for this role is
This vacancy is for 23.875 hours per week across 2 weeks
Week 1
Monday 8-6 1 hr lunch
Thursday 8-6 1 hour lunch
Saturday 12.45-4.30 1 hour lunch
Week 2
Monday 8-6 1 hr lunch
Wednesday 9-6 1 hr lunch
Thursday 8-6 1 hr lunch

What you'll be doing
- Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
- Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
- Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
- Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
About you
- Friendly, caring and compassionate
- Organised; can multitask and work towards KPI’s
- Great at building relationships
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
- Confident at working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to diffuse challenging situations
- Able to learn about our services
