RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
- Service beginning of day tasks including:
- Late pays
- Supporting document collection
- Corporate notifications
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries
- Maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be coachable above all else.
- Property and Casualty License prior to start date.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
