Position Overview

We’re looking for a polished, friendly, tech-savvy receptionist to be the face of the salon. You’ll greet guests, manage appointments, handle payments, and provide seamless support to both clients and stylists. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable in a luxury service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival and create an inviting front-desk experience
• Check guests in and out, manage wait times, and keep the flow running smoothly
• Schedule appointments, update bookings, and manage high-volume scheduling
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate service information
• Process payments and maintain accurate POS transactions
• Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and visually polished
• Support stylists with coordination, timing updates, and customer communication
• Uphold Studio 1’s standards of service, hospitality, and professionalism

Requirements

• Front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience required
• Salon experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Part-time availability, including weekends
