"Spec's Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods is in search of a professional candidate to serve as a Switchboard Operator/Receptionist for an Entry Level Clerical Support position at our Wholesale Distribution Center.
The ideal candidates will have at least two years’ experience in a fast paced office setting for this entry level positions.

- Strong Phone Etiquette - Friendly and inviting telephone voice
- Experience in High Volume call environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to Meet Deadlines (for any additional projects assigned)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
- Have a flexible schedule, especially for the holiday season
- Have practiced multitasking skills
- Can handle multiple interruptions
