Position Summary
As a Weekend Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our facility, ensuring visitors and callers receive courteous and professional assistance. This role is essential in supporting daily operations while helping create a positive experience for everyone who enters our community.
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, families, and vendors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and maintain facility security protocols
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to facility departments as needed
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Assist with resident and visitor inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff members
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
