Job Description:
- Conduct daily WSH inspections at reclamation, marine and land-based work areas.
- Support implementation of SWP, RA, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and new worker safety inductions.
- Monitor high-risk activities
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure
- Monitor subcontractors' WSH performance
- Maintain WSH records, inspection reports, and statutory documentation.
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the project.
Job Requirement:
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC) in Singapore.
- Possess a valid Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (ACWSH) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Familiar with Singapore WSH legislation and MOM requirements
- Minimum 2 years' of construction safety experience
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
