RECONITIONING AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Auburn Toyota is looking for an experienced used car technician to join our great team in the used car department! We are a small, family run organization in the foothills of Auburn. You will enjoy a nice pace and a true team environment!

Responsibilities of Toyota reconditioning Automotive Service Technician

• As a reconditioning technician you will perform vehicle repair and maintenance on used vehicles as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards outlined on repair order.
• Diagnose and repair used vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning to required specifications.
• Perform vehicle inspection to identify necessary repairs.
• Inspect and test vehicles to determine necessary and applicable repair work.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service repairs.
• Participate in on-going company and manufacturing training and education programs.

The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $24.00 and $35.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Production bonus depends on experience and training level.
