Records Driver & Archivist

As a Records Driver & Archivist, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers by completing pickups, deliveries, and retrieval requests for records and media. This position combines driving, inventory management, and archival responsibilities to ensure materials are handled accurately, securely, and on time while providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Complete scheduled pickups, deliveries, and retrieval requests for customer records and media
• Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment
• Scan, track, and verify inventory to ensure accuracy and security
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records
• Meet customer commitments while following company, OSHA, and DOT requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and support warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Valid DOT Med Card or ability to obtain one
• 1+ year of related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical warehouse work
• Powered industrial truck certification preferred
