Recovery Coach

Location: Marlboro, MA - "The Recovery Connection" Peer Recovery Program

Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

The Recovery Coach is responsible for:

• Providing personalized, strengths-based peer support to individuals in recovery, serving as a mentor, confidant, and guide
• Involving one-on-one engagement, offering support both in the center and within the community, helping members navigate their recovery pathways and achieve their personal goals
• Conducting recovery planning sessions, maintains informal records, and revisits progress with participants to ensure ongoing goal achievement
• Being integral in building a supportive, empowering environment for individuals on their recovery journey
