💼 Position: Recovery Manager
We’re looking for a confident, organized, and results-driven professional to manage overdue accounts and support clients with structured repayment solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients with overdue accounts
- Identify reasons for delayed payments
- Negotiate sustainable repayment plans
- Maintain accurate client and payment records
- Work with the Retention Team to support long-term clients
- Track recovery targets and report progress
- Analyze aging reports and prioritize accounts by risk
- Escalate complex disputes when necessary
🔹 Mandatory Requirements
- Age: 19–30 years
- Strong knowledge of Bitcoin & cryptocurrency operations
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
🔹 Additional Qualifications
- CRM or spreadsheet experience is a plus
- Customer service, collections, recovery, or account management experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Calm, professional, and organized attitude
- Willingness to learn — full training provided
