Description
Job Responsibilities
Provide post-anaesthesia care and monitor patients during recovery after surgical procedures.
Assess and monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition.
Identify changes in patients’ conditions and escalate concerns promptly.
Administer medications and provide nursing interventions as prescribed.
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the recovery process.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and comply with infection control protocols.
Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and practising certificate.
2–3 years of relevant nursing experience.
Experience in a general ward or recovery setting.
Good communication and clinical assessment skills.
Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced clinical environment.
