Recovery Support Navigator Supervisor
Location: Statewide Corrections - Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services (SUDTS)
Schedule: Full-time. Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $24.90-$28.51/hour

The Recovery Support Navigator Supervisor is responsible for:
- Supporting the Director of RSN services in ensuring RSN services are delivered in alignment with the RSN model and as contracted with the DOC
- Providing ongoing training and supervisory support to RSN staff
- Serving as a point of contact in the absence of the Director of RSN Services
- Participating in QI and compliance activities such as record reviews, audits, site visits, etc.
- Assisting with episode management in the electronic health record system
- Completing all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum, DOC and all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies within established timeframes
- Assisting patients with transportation and housing resources when needed
- Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co-workers, patients, and others
- Completing all outcome measurement tools and submits information timely as required
- Demonstrating a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Attending and participating in regularly scheduled individual and group supervision meetings as directed
- Providing documented supervision to RSN staff as directed by the Director RSN Services
- Participating in multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review and case conferences as necessary
- Attending DOC facility access hour, fielding inquiries from the incarcerated population relative to SUDT services and logging all inquiries in the designated database
- Assisting with crisis management and other emergencies as needed
- Maintaining adequate knowledge of the program’s emergency preparedness plan and emergency procedures for both Spectrum and DOC
