Recreation Specialist (Facility Manager) NF-04

This position is located at USAG Ansbach - MWR, Storck Recreation Program, Ansbach, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid.

Operates two or more recreation facilities/areas with diverse functions. Performs self-help maintenance on facilities and equipment.

Prepares work orders for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help.

Polices building and grounds, performs general housekeeping and ensure areas are ready for use. Maximizes facility usage for both organized functions and individual development.

Inventories property; determines equipment condition; initiates maintenance, repair or replacement as appropriate. Recommends purchase/construction of equipment and facilities. Instructs customers and monitors proper usage of equipment.
