The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily recreation operations, coordinating guest activities and events, and leading the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role ensures recreational programs and facilities are safe, engaging, and well-maintained while promoting a fun and welcoming environment for guests. The starting hourly rate is 24.00/hour.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Recreation Attendants and daily recreation operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead guest activities, events, and seasonal programs.
- Ensure excellent guest service and promptly address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and organization of recreation facilities and equipment.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching.
- Monitor participation, activity supplies, and facility needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support resort events and guest experiences
