RECRUITER

Position: Recruiter (CEI Licensed)

Location: Tai Seng

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and place local and foreign workers for clients.

* Develop and maintain relationships with overseas recruitment agents and employers.

* Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and placement.

* Coordinate work pass applications and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.

* Build new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

* Valid Singapore CEI License.

* Experience in recruiting foreign workers in Singapore.

* Strong network of overseas recruitment agents and existing client contacts.

* Familiar with MOM work pass procedures.

* Good communication and relationship management skills.
