Recruiter, Associate
As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a key role in building a diverse, talented, and high-performing workforce by supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business areas. Working as part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will help source, engage, and guide prospective candidates through the hiring process—ensuring a positive and inclusive experience at every stage. - Support full-cycle recruitment processes for early-career and professional-level roles, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
- Assist with sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communications between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in recruitment marketing initiatives and career events.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and consistently throughout the hiring process.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (such as Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Avature, Workday, or iCIMS).
- Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with Early Talent hiring.
- Experience in technical recruiting.
