ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a people-focused recruitment role for someone who enjoys building relationships, moving fast and genuinely wants to see young people succeed. You'll match graduates with the right roles and employers, guiding them through the process from application to placement, while working closely with our hiring companies, universities and the wider Hopscotch team to ensure a seamless experience on both sides.

IS IT FOR ME?

• Tertiary qualified with 2–3 years' experience in recruitment, sales, HR, or another people-facing role
• A confident communicator who can build trust quickly with both graduates and employers
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, comfortable managing multiple candidates and roles at once
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up, this role moves fast and needs someone who can own it from day one
• Strong judgment when it comes to matching people to roles, not just filling a vacancy
• Dependable, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A team player who is energetic, positive and genuinely invested in outcomes, not just numbers

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Screen and match graduate candidates with relevant job opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners and hiring managers
• Guide graduates through the recruitment process, from CV and interview prep to placement and onboarding support
• Manage candidate pipelines, documentation and recruitment administration
• Track placement outcomes and continuously refine how candidates are matched to roles
• Ensure every graduate and every employer partner has a professional, positive experience from start to finish
