Recruiter

Job Purpose:
- The Recruiter at Berkshire Family and Individual Resources Inc will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's mission and goals. This full-time position involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and preparation of offer letters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to enhance the talent pipeline.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to management.
