BLOOM Consulting Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for various IT and Non-IT positions and managing the recruitment process from requirement understanding to candidate joining.

Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment and candidates with prior recruitment experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Understand client job requirements and hiring specifications.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
Work closely with Team Leaders and Account Managers to close requirements.
Maintain daily recruitment activity reports and update the ATS/database.

Requirements
0–6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet research.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Willingness to work from the office in Bengaluru.
Prior experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. is an advantage.
IT or Non-IT recruitment experience is an advantage.
