We're searching for a highly driven and passionate Recruiter to join our team on either a contract or permanent basis.
In this role you will identify & attract top talent while driving recruitment projects and lifecycles.
You will strategically & creatively build candidate networks and pipelines, manage challenging technical hiring efforts, build strong relationships, our corporate brand, social recruitment initiatives, monitor trends...and more. Responsibilities:
- Attract and be an active participate in the selection of individuals of the highest caliber in areas like Sales, Sales Operations, Engineering, Customer Success and Finance
- Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated hiring needs
- Work with and become an integral part of the People team
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify hiring needs and recruitment plans
- Create job postings based on a strong understanding of opportunities, responsibilities, and challenges of the successful candidate
- Leverage a variety of channels to source strong talent
- Screen candidates and market the best & brightest to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and detailed recruiting information
- Build strong partnership across the organization that yield success, predictable results, and credibility
- Act as the primary contact for all Recruitment related inquires
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on technical and customer support roles
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting
- Strong candidate sourcing experiences
- Excellent communication skills including superb creative writing skills, a collaborative nature, and the ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong project and process management skills
- Background knowledge in hiring for roles in Engineering, Product Management and Customer Success is an asset
- Strong proficiency using ATS and HRIS systems
