Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (In-Person)
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly
About the Role
Bradfield Consulting Limited is seeking a suitably qualified Recruiter to assist in developing and implementing the firm's recruiting strategies and processes, working closely with the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the managing consultant to develop, implement, and manage the firm's business development and client services plan.
- Develop new HR products across Recruitment and Outsourcing Consulting.
- Develop recruitment proposals for new and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities, prospect leads, uncover client needs, and qualify leads for the wider team.
- Develop position profiles and comprehensive job descriptions for roles.
- Work with the sourcing analyst to develop sourcing strategies for each role.
- Educate clients on the recruiting process.
- Use applicant tracking technology and recruiting tools to review, select, and progress candidates.
- Develop interview reports for shortlisted candidates.
- Build and manage strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Solicit and document feedback throughout the interview process.
- Manage recruiting to meet hiring goals, consistently hitting performance metrics.
- Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Humanities, or related social science field.
- Minimum of 5 years' recruiting experience, with proven results.
- Consulting firm experience is an added advantage.
- Measurable track record of success in external sales/business development.
- Proven leadership and consensus-building skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable working with staff at all levels.
