Recruiter - Crew and Operations
Description
Who We Are
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
BOND is building a different kind of private aviation company, one defined by uncompromising safety, exceptional service, and crews who take pride in both. Our fleet is growing fast, and the people we hire now will set the standard for everything that follows.
As our Recruiter, Crew & Operations, you’ll lead hiring for our pilots and cabin crew and help shape how BOND finds, evaluates, and welcomes them. You’ll run our hiring events, represent BOND across the aviation community, and partner directly with Flight Operations leadership to build a recruiting process that scales. As our needs evolve, you’ll also recruit for operations control, maintenance control, and other teams across the company.
This role is for a recruiter who knows the pilot world: someone who can talk type ratings and flight time with a Captain, spot judgment and composure in a candidate, and who wants to build something rather than just keep it running.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle hiring for Captains, First Officers, and Cabin Attendants, timed to our aircraft delivery schedule.
- Plan and run recurring BOND hiring events, from candidate sourcing to interview day logistics.
- Represent BOND at industry events like Women in Aviation, NBAA, and Schedulers & Dispatchers, and build lasting talent pipelines.
- Drive application screening and initial phone screens using Greenhouse and AI-enabled screening tools.
- Partner with Flight Operations leaders and check airmen to design interview scenarios and calibrate selection.
- Track the numbers that matter: source of hire, conversion rates, time to fill, and interview pass rates.
- Recruit for operations control, maintenance control, and other roles as BOND grows.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 2+ years recruiting pilots or flight crew for a Part 135, Part 121, or Part 91K/fractional operator.
- Working knowledge of pilot certificates, ATP minimums, type ratings, and FAA pre-employment requirements (PRIA, DOT drug and alcohol testing).
- Experience planning or staffing career fairs and high-volume hiring events.
- Strong ATS skills and comfort tracking and reporting funnel data.
- Ability to travel domestically about 25 to 35 percent, including some weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- An established network in the pilot and business aviation community.
- Experience hiring cabin crew, dispatch, or operations control roles.
- Aviation background as a crewmember, dispatcher, or scheduler.
