- 4-6 years of total professional experience, including 2-3 years specializing in high-volume sourcing and corporate recruitment, or possessing relevant equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Must possess good understanding of sourcing systems and procedures.
- Understanding local labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Must be both people-and-results oriented with high sense of urgency.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multicultural environment and teams.
- Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units.
- Knowledge of PC technology, applications and on-line tools.
