Core Responsibilities to Employers

• Sourcing Candidates:
  Finding qualified talent through job boards, networking, and databases.
• Screening Applicants:
  Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to filter candidates.
• Verifying Credentials:
  Checking reference letters, work history, and academic certifications.
• Managing Placements:
  Scheduling final interviews and handling job offer negotiations.

Familiar with EFMA and with CEI preferably. Have on hand customers. The company does not take away your customers. What is yours will be yours. High commission base work.
