Position Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of sourcing and connecting top-tier Energy and Engineering professionals with industry-leading clients. Partnering closely with our Business Development team, you will play a key role in understanding client needs and delivering exceptional talent solutions. We are looking for a driven and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of placing high-quality engineering candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, and engage highly qualified talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Energy, Utilities, Power, and Engineering

• Develop long-term relationships with active and passive candidates and serve as a trusted career advisor throughout the hiring process

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, candidate qualification, interview

• Partner closely with Business Development to understand client hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies

• Maintain a high-volume recruiting desk while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences

• Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring activity within the Energy & Engineering space

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 4+ years of full cycle recruitment staffing experience within Energy, Utilities, Power Generation and/or Engineering

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and managing multiple concurrent requisitions

• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates

• Strong understanding of candidate pipeline development and relationship management

• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

• Base Salary Range: $50,000-$80,000

*The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided
