MUST have 3+yrs experience in the manufacturing industry (ie: Aerospace, Medical Device, Auto Industry, Instruments, electronics etc) recruiting for operations positions and is a capable relationship builder!

MUST be a proven closer.

3+yrs experience in talent acquisition.

Bachelor's strongly preferred but not a requirement.
