Recruiter, GTM & Business (Contract)

About the role

We're looking for a talented Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team and help us build the teams driving Rippling's next phase of growth.

You'll initially focus on scaling our Sales organisation, partnering with hiring managers to find and hire exceptional talent across a range of roles and markets. As our business continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to recruit across other GTM and Business functions, giving you exposure to different teams and hiring challenges.

Things move quickly at Rippling. You'll have real ownership of your searches, work closely with leaders who care deeply about hiring great people, and see the impact of your work on the business. We're looking for someone who enjoys the pace, brings ideas to the table and knows how to turn ambitious hiring plans into results.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and markets, from sourcing through to offer close
• Partner with hiring managers to build strong hiring plans, challenge thinking and deliver great talent
• Proactively source and engage candidates, building pipelines that keep us ahead of hiring demand
• Drive hiring outcomes through strong execution, smart prioritisation and a data-driven approach
• Adapt across GTM and Business functions as hiring needs evolve, bringing the same energy and ownership to every search

What you will need

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring Sales talent, particularly SDR/BDR and Account Executives
• Experience recruiting across other Business functions is a strong advantage
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment, with a proven ability to deliver against ambitious hiring goals
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage multiple searches without sacrificing quality
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence hiring decisions and drive processes forward
• A proactive, resourceful and adaptable approach - you take ownership, solve problems and get things done!

This is a contract position based in our Dublin office, with three days per week in the office as part of Rippling's hybrid working model.
