Backline Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Recruiter to build and manage its healthcare recruitment engine, sourcing and placing clinical professionals globally while developing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers, and other healthcare professionals globally using LinkedIn and job boards.
- Screen and assess clinical candidates against specific client requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate end-to-end, client-facing interview logistics.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- 2–10 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job boards.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to recruit healthcare professionals across global markets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
