About the Role

Backline Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Recruiter to build and manage its healthcare recruitment engine, sourcing and placing clinical professionals globally while developing a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers, and other healthcare professionals globally using LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen and assess clinical candidates against specific client requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate end-to-end, client-facing interview logistics.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to recruit healthcare professionals across global markets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
