Job Title: Recruiter, CDL Drivers and Industrial Hourly

The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading North American sustainable waste and waste to energy solutions company, a business that helps communities and organizations turn waste into energy and reach their sustainability goals, to find a high performing Recruiter for its driver and industrial hourly hiring.

This is a high volume, results driven role. You will keep trucks on the road and facilities running by finding and hiring CDL drivers, equipment operators, and skilled hourly talent across multiple locations. We are looking for someone competitive who knows their numbers, loves to win, and takes real pride in filling roles fast without compromising on quality.

What You Will Actually Do

•Own full cycle recruitment for CDL drivers and industrial hourly roles, such as equipment operators, maintenance technicians, and plant operations staff, across multiple sites

•Build and maintain strong pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and local community outreach

•Screen candidates for licensing, safety, and compliance requirements, including CDL class and endorsements, DOT requirements, and driving records

•Partner with site and operations managers to understand staffing needs, set expectations, and move candidates quickly through the process

•Track and report on your recruiting metrics, including time to fill, pipeline conversion, and hires against target, and use them to keep improving

•Deliver a fast, responsive candidate experience that keeps great drivers and hourly talent from going to a competitor

What You Bring

•MUST: Proven experience recruiting CDL drivers in the US, or recruiting industrial hourly roles such as manufacturing, plant, warehouse, or skilled trades

•MUST: A competitive, results driven track record of hitting or exceeding hiring targets, with metrics you can speak to confidently

•Working knowledge of CDL licensing, DOT regulations, and pre employment screening requirements

•Strong sourcing skills across job boards, social media, and community networks

•Experience in transportation, logistics, waste management, energy, or another industrial environment is a plus

•RPO or agency experience is a plus
