Summary
Recruit, screen, and onboard staff for federal clients using ATS while managing compliance and candidate relationships.
Position Objective: Perform professional level duties to attract, screen, recruit, and select new employees for a variety of Federal clients in support of GAP Solutions, Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting and staffing positions for headquarters and government clients
- Source and identify qualified applicants; conduct preliminary qualification screens to identify applicants that meet the job requirements
- Prequalify candidates in the interview process using up to date interview and recruitment methodologies
- Manage candidates through interview process and contract period, including but not limited to: Application, References, Background Checks, Interview Schedules, Meet & Greets, Offers, Onboarding, and Security Processing (as needed)
- Assist the business development team on new recruitment opportunities
- Creating pipeline of candidates to meet existing and upcoming needs.
- Maintain detailed candidate and requirement tracking/documentation
- Consult with Program Managers to identify clients’ technical skills needs and implement effective sourcing strategies to successfully place candidates; work with Program Managers to identify required core competencies to ensure successful long-term hires
- Develop and maintain network and relationships beneficial to recruitment goals
- Maintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics, and ensuring compliance with OFCCP; works with Talent Acquisition team to ensure annual Affirmative Action Plan goals are met
- Maintenance of applicants and candidates in the ATS and proper processing of all applicant and new hire paperwork
- Provide communicative and professional information to candidates and program managers throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and goals
- Participate in job fairs and trade shows as needed
