As a Recruiter, you'll be at the center of that mission, executing full-cycle recruitment across all Kobie corporate functions.
Your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across diverse roles and departments as Kobie continues to scale. You'll own the complete recruiting lifecycle from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination, building trusted relationships with hiring managers and interview teams along the way. From first touch through start date, you'll deliver a seamless, people-first candidate experience while driving speed and quality. This is a high ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment.
Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position is based in the Tampa Bay, FL area and operates remotely with occasional in-office collaboration at our St. Petersburg headquarters.
How you will make an impact
- Execute full-cycle recruiting from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference check monitoring, and hiring process closeout.
- Execute candidate screenings to assess qualifications, technical and functional expertise, career interests, and alignment with Kobie's values and role requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and business priorities, serving as the recruiting point of contact for pipeline updates, hiring timelines, and status communication.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines by managing applicant volume, using ATS filters and assessment tools to create consistent pipelines, maintaining clean candidate records, and ensuring a high intent candidate slate.
- Execute sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, direct outreach, and AI assisted recruiting tools to build diverse, high quality candidate pipelines.
- Execute interview logistics by scheduling sessions with hiring managers and candidates, preparing interview materials, collecting structured feedback from interviewers, and communicating next steps to candidates.
- Deliver timely updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruiting pipeline status, candidate progress, anticipated timelines, and potential roadblocks; escalate challenges for resolution.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data including time-to-fill and pipeline health; provide weekly recruiting status updates to leadership and identify process improvements.
- Support employer brand initiatives by collaborating with Marketing to amplify Kobie's story and showcase company culture and values to candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Maintain ATS integrity by ensuring accurate and consistent candidate records, correct workflow routing, and data quality; identify and escalate system issues or workflow gaps to the recruiting team.
- Leverage sourcing tools, AI enabled recruiting technology, and automation to improve efficiency, candidate engagement, and recruiting effectiveness while maintaining sound judgment in candidate evaluation.
- Demonstrate accountability for recruiting commitments, prioritizing work effectively, meeting hiring timelines, and communicating delays or risks with appropriate advance notice.
At the end of your first year, success will mean effectively managing 6–10 concurrent requisitions, demonstrating expertise in Kobie's recruiting processes and specialized roles, meeting hiring timelines consistently, delivering high-quality candidates aligned to business needs, and building trusted working relationships with hiring managers and interview partners across the organization.
What you need to be successful
Required
- Located in the Tampa Bay, FL area; this is a remote role with occasional in-office collaboration at our St. Petersburg headquarters.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle corporate/in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reference check management.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent requisitions, meeting hiring timelines, and delivering high quality talent aligned to business needs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate records, filter candidate pools, and maintain data integrity.
- Experience working in a remote or geographically distributed environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including talent searches, Boolean search methodologies, direct outreach, and candidate research techniques to identify and source passive candidates across diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to conduct structured behavioral interviews and use standardized assessment tools and scorecards to evaluate candidate qualifications consistently and equitably.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and strong working relationships with hiring managers, interview teams, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders; communicate recruiting progress, risks, and challenges effectively; and partner collaboratively to achieve hiring goals.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously across recruiting stages, tracking progress, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring recruiting process milestones are met.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with Lever ATS, including candidate management, workflow administration, reporting, and talent pipeline tracking.
- Experience supporting recruitment across technology, product, data, analytics, client services, marketing, or other corporate functions.
- Familiarity with loyalty technology, marketing technology (MarTech), SaaS, or adjacent technology industries.
- Comfort with AI-assisted sourcing tools and recruiting automation platforms to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Experience managing complex interview processes and offer negotiations, including stakeholder alignment, candidate engagement, reference checks, and acceptance.
- Experience recruiting for specialized and hard-to-fill roles requiring industry, functional, or technical knowledge, including areas such as software engineering, cloud technologies, AI/ML, product management, analytics, or other corporate functions.
