Y Combinator Recruiter (LATAM)
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles (from intake to offer acceptance).
- Source candidates across relevant channels (in-house pipelines, job boards, networking, and referrals).
- Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and role fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage feedback loops with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM/ATS best practices.
- Support candidate communication to ensure a clear, timely, and respectful experience.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and quality-of-hire indicators) and report progress.
- Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and improve sourcing effectiveness.
We’re seeking recruiters who can operate independently and consistently deliver strong candidate pipelines across LATAM. You have solid experience managing full-cycle recruiting and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience: Proven experience recruiting for tech or business roles (agency or in-house both welcome).
- Process mindset: Comfortable using an ATS/CRM, maintaining clean candidate records, and driving hiring workflows forward.
- Sourcing: Skilled at building pipelines and identifying qualified profiles using multiple sourcing approaches.
- Interviewing: Ability to run structured screening and interview coordination, while evaluating competencies accurately.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and proactive communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Strong partnership skills with hiring managers to translate needs into effective hiring criteria.
- Soft skills: We value ownership, attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Location: Based in LATAM (or able to work with LATAM time zones).
