Recruiter
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
In this role, you will interface with business leaders, technical experts, and program managers to deliver top-tier talent for strategic priorities. You will drive sourcing and full life-cycle recruitment for technical and analytical professionals while supporting strategic business development through key personnel identification.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to define recruitment needs and drive execution.
Research and implement innovative sourcing techniques utilizing traditional and non-traditional resources.
Manage full life-cycle recruitment from initial requisition opening through final offer extension.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent through continuous relationship management.
Represent the organization at job fairs, industry networking events, and targeted hiring initiatives.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to continuously refine sourcing strategies and report weekly performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires 2+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience within the government contracting industry.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, networking, salary trend analysis, and pipeline management.
Proven ability to maintain accurate, well-ordered candidate documentation within an applicant tracking system.
Willingness and ability to travel for hiring events and job fairs as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as complex Google Boolean searches and sourcing extensions.
Direct hands-on experience utilizing Workday software for enterprise talent acquisition operations.
Strong communication skills with a proven track record of engaging hard-to-find cleared talent.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
