The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of all programs within the agency.

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified behavioral health professionals.
  • Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, community outreach, and other recruitment channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, qualifications, and recruitment priorities.
  • Coordinate interviews, make offers, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating pre-employment requirements.
  • Promote NewPath's mission, culture, and employment opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Monitor recruitment trends through weekly metrics and recommend strategies to improve candidate engagement, hiring, and retention.
  • Represent NewPath at recruitment events, university fairs, and other career fairs.
  • Maintain professional relationships with Universities and outside agencies.
  • Effectively utilize the iSolved ATS and professional networking platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in full cycle recruiting required; experience recruiting in behavioral health, healthcare, child welfare, education, social services, or nonprofit organizations highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize competing recruitment needs.
  • Ability to develop, creative and innovate sourcing strategies and pipelines.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance with no more than 5 points on your MVR.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
