Recruiter

At Northwest Respiratory Services, we proudly set the industry standard for customer service & satisfaction. Currently, were in search of a Recruiter to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and onboarding. The person who fills this role will ultimately be responsible for taking ownership of the candidate experience at Northwest Respiratory Services.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Develop and post jobs for all open positions
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Perform reference checks as needed
