  • Provide evidence-based recommendations: Present candidates to hiring teams with clear assessments of their strengths, relevant experience, and areas requiring further exploration.

  • Manage the candidate experience: Guide candidates through technical assessments, culture interviews, and executive discussions, keeping them informed and engaged at every stage.

  • Support hiring administration: Use Workday to track requisitions, maintain accurate records, support approvals, and coordinate offer processes.

  • Maintain job documentation: Keep job descriptions and requisition details current as hiring requirements and business priorities evolve.

  • Support compensation and offers: Facilitate compensation discussions, help candidates make informed decisions, and ensure a smooth transition after offer acceptance.

  • Improve recruiting operations: Apply AI tools to sourcing, research, outreach, and workflow optimization while retaining independent judgment in candidate assessment and communication.

  • Enhance hiring quality: Identify opportunities to improve assessment methods, recruitment processes, and the overall candidate experience.

    • A proven track record of identifying and engaging high-performing passive candidates for specialized positions.

    • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and managing multiple searches with competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.

    • The ability to evaluate candidates’ actual contributions, depth of expertise, practical skills, and alignment with role requirements.

    • Strong interviewing skills, including the ability to ask insightful follow-up questions and distinguish demonstrated expertise from rehearsed responses.
