Job Summary
Join CONNEX as a Recruiter to source, assess, and onboard caregivers while collaborating with business partners to meet client caregiving needs. This role suits proactive individuals who enjoy engaging with people and contributing to a growing service business.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit caregivers through job portals, social media, referrals, community networks, and other channels to build a reliable talent pool
- Screen caregiver applications and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
- Assess candidates’ experience, availability, communication skills, and fit for caregiving assignments to ensure quality placements
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, onboarding, and deployment processes to facilitate smooth caregiver integration
- Maintain an active database and pipeline of available caregivers for efficient matching
- Develop new caregiver sourcing channels and referral networks to expand recruitment reach
- Engage regularly with caregivers to support retention and address concerns
- Collaborate with the operations team to match suitable caregivers to client requirements, ensuring service alignment
- Understand client needs and assist in matching appropriate caregivers to meet those requirements
- Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow up after caregiver deployment to verify service expectations are met and address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of clients, caregivers, enquiries, and placements for operational transparency
- Assist in resolving day-to-day service issues to uphold client satisfaction and caregiver support
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, business development, customer service, or healthcare/caregiving services
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and meeting new people to actively source candidates and clients
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with caregivers, clients, and partners
- Resourceful, organized, and able to work independently in a dynamic, growing business environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/database systems for efficient data management
- Ability to communicate effectively with caregivers, families, and business partners
- Recruitment or employment agency experience is advantageous
