Recruiter
Salt Talent Search is looking for a Recruiter for 12 months contract role with one of our leading Technology clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Ensuring a great candidate experience for all candidates in the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) -
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Experience in India market and hands on experience in managing stakeholders in India as well knowledge of Hindi to speak with stakeholders.
