Job Title: Recruiter Specialist
Location: Salitran III, Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for various roles
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment records and databases
- Assist in onboarding new hires and other HR-related tasks
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with recruitment tools and job platforms is a plus
