Job Scope:
- Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to fulfill client's staffing requirements
- Manage client and candidate relationships
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts
- Explore opportunities in headhunting, staffing, recruitment, and project management
