Recruiter - Talent Pipeline and Candidate Community
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter - Talent Pipeline and Candidate Community based in India.
This role is designed for a recruiter who believes great hiring starts before a position officially opens.
You’ll own both live recruitment and a proactive talent community, ensuring strong candidates are already identified, vetted, and engaged when hiring needs arise.
The position covers multiple talent areas, including customer support, executive assistance, virtual reception, accounting, bookkeeping, and sales operations.
You’ll manage several searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards for speed, candidate quality, and communication.
Beyond filling roles, you’ll continuously improve recruiting workflows through data, AI, automation, and practical experimentation.
You’ll work with U.S.-based hiring stakeholders and candidates across international markets in a fast-moving, highly accountable environment.
Success means building a reliable talent bench, delivering excellent shortlists quickly, and creating a candidate experience that keeps strong people engaged for future opportunities.
