UITOP is a design & development team building intuitive, scalable B2B SaaS platforms across logistics, finance, construction, and more. As our Recruiter, you’ll be working on multiple roles and directions, proactively finding people. You`ll find the right talent, build strong talent pools, and turn recruitment into a predictable system.

Key responsibilities
Build and maintain talent pools across key roles (Full Stack, Ruby, QA Automation).
Work actively with LinkedIn, job boards, Telegram communities, niche platforms, databases, and alternative sourcing channels.
Manage 3-5 active vacancies simultaneously.
Use the full sourcing toolkit: Boolean, X-ray, and anything else that brings results.
Conduct HR Interviews with the opportunity to take on more complex interviews as you grow within the role.
Develop and test sourcing hypotheses (new channels, markets, and approaches).
Write messages that get replies.

Requirements
6+ months of experience in IT recruiting (agency, outsourcing).
Good understanding of the IT Market.
Experience working with LinkedIn, X-ray/Boolean search.
Ability to work in a high-load, dynamic environment: 3-5 directions running at the same time, large candidate bases, back-to-back interviews.
Strong motivation to grow in sourcing and recruitment.
AI tools are part of your workflow.
