Corporate Recruiter

As a proactive partner, the Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and division leaders to understand and anticipate staffing needs while managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process. This role makes a meaningful impact on our organization by selecting talented individuals that fit our culture and Core Values. Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing across various departments
• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand and anticipate staffing needs, build job descriptions, and develop effective hiring strategies
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate updates promptly, and act as a primary point of contact for candidates
• Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline utilizing our applicant tracking system
• Positively represent UNICO at career fairs and industry events to promote company culture and attract top talent
• Seamlessly navigate multiple recruitment platforms to source and screen candidates

Team Member Onboarding

• Prepare and extend candidate offer letters, serving as a key point of contact throughout the offer stage
• Partner with people leaders to coordinate new team members’ onboarding schedule
• Lead team member onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming new hire experience

Data & Process Support

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision making
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve recruitment tools and workflows
• Support the People Operations team with additional projects and initiatives as needed, gaining exposure to broader People Operations functions that contribute to overall team success
