We are seeking a motivated Recruiter based in Latin America to join a growing U.S. recruitment firm focused on permanent placements.
This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career who already has experience recruiting for the U.S. market and is looking to continue growing in a structured, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities

Recruit for U.S.-based clients.

Source, screen, and present candidates

Manage recruitment processes end-to-end.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Requirements

1–3 years of recruiting experience
- Experience working with commercial profiles (marketing, sales, etc.)

Prior experience recruiting US talent.

Strong English skills (written and spoken)

Organized, disciplined, and coachable

Professional maturity and willingness to grow
