Recruiter (USA Market)

Our International Team consists of approximately 100 professionals delivering best quality solutions for our customers.

US Software Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Chișinău. As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent on the USA market with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

✓ Develop recruitment goals and objectives;

✓ Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs;

✓ Write and update job descriptions;

✓ Screen candidates resumes and job applications;

✓ Source passive candidates;

✓ Interviewing potential candidates;

✓ Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions;

✓ Use a multi-channel approach to recruit.

Requirements:
✓ Advanced spoken English;
✓ Proficient verbal and written skills;
✓ Highly professional interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics;
✓ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
✓ Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
