TriSearch is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused recruiter who knows how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing searches from kickoff through placement, and takes ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and placement
• Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the search process
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates and clients through the offer process
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate and search activity within our ATS
• Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience independently managing searches from initial intake through successful placement
• Proficiency working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches, candidates, and client priorities simultaneously
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Retained search experience strongly preferred
• Experience working within an executive search or staffing/recruiting firm
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and position levels
• Experience managing direct client relationships
