We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the operations of a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment focused on delivering high-quality products that meet stringent international quality standards. The role will support efficient manufacturing operations while ensuring adherence to established quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong pharmaceutical industry experience, a practical understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to maintaining consistent product quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing and operational activities.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor manufacturing activities to ensure consistent product quality and process compliance.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, Engineering, and other relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate manufacturing records, documentation, and operational reports.
  • Identify process deviations, operational issues, and quality concerns and support timely resolution.
  • Follow established GMP, safety, hygiene, and documentation practices.
  • Support investigation of manufacturing issues and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure equipment, materials, and production areas are maintained in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper records and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor production activities against planned schedules and operational requirements.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and adherence to defined processes.
  • Stay updated on relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing practices, quality requirements, and regulatory expectations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, operations, or a related function.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulated production environments.
  • Good knowledge of GMP, quality systems, documentation, and process compliance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams within pharmaceutical or manufacturing organisations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality and operational standards.
  • Ability to identify process issues, investigate problems, and support effective corrective actions.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements consistently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and operational problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
  • A degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline would be preferred.
