Description

Job Summary
This role is base salary plus commission. The rate listed in this posting is for base salary only.
This role owns full-cycle recruiting for hourly, entry-level positions across California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Washington, Illinois, Missouri, Oregon, Idaho, Kansas, and Alaska — a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment where speed and quality both matter. You'll be measured on how many qualified candidates you place each month and how many of them are still on the job 30 days later.
Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination — for hourly, entry-level requisitions across your assigned states.
Build and maintain a steady candidate pipeline sufficient to hit a sustained volume of hourly placements per month, even as roles turn over quickly.
Partner with site and Operations leaders in each state to understand real-time staffing gaps and prioritize requisitions accordingly.
Keep the ATS current and accurate — requisition status, candidate stage, offer and start dates — since this data drives commission payouts and company reporting.
Track new-hire start and 30-day retention outcomes for your placements, and flag early attrition patterns to your manager.
Represent BlueChip Pros professionally to candidates in high-volume, fast-moving hourly labor markets, including non-traditional sourcing channels (local job boards, community partnerships, referral networks) as needed.
Stay current on state-specific hiring requirements (minimum wage, background check rules, onboarding paperwork) across your multi-state territory.

Qualifications
Required:

2+ years of recruiting experience, with a track record in high-volume or hourly/entry-level hiring (staffing agency, retail, warehouse, or hospitality recruiting backgrounds are a strong fit).
Comfortable managing a large, constantly-turning candidate pipeline across multiple states and time zones simultaneously.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer-to-start conversion).
Based in Nevada or Oregon, or willing to relocate; able to work remotely with reliable internet.
Strong organizational skills and comfort with a metrics-driven, commission-based role.

Preferred:

Prior experience recruiting specifically for warehouse, retail, logistics, or service-sector hourly roles.
Familiarity with state-specific employment requirements across two or more of: CA, NV, AZ, UT, WA, IL, MO, OR, ID, KS, AK.

Benefits:

Flexible schedule
Health insurance
Life insurance
Paid time off
Vision insurance
